Adidas introduced a captivating campaign in collaboration with Major League Soccer, unveiling a series of interactive installations in 7 cities across the United States, including NYC, Austin, LA, St. Louis, Nashville, Seattle, and Atlanta. These installations were inspired by yet-to-be-revealed jerseys, serving as a thrilling teaser for devoted fans while symbolizing the growing prominence of US soccer culture.

Campaign Strategy

The creative strategy revolved around engaging true fans with hidden meanings in the installations, making it a special kickoff to the season. These installations were designed to be recognized and appreciated by ardent supporters, creating anticipation for the upcoming club kits. To participate, fans could scan the installations, entering a draw for a chance to win custom jerseys on launch day. Moreover, seven fortunate individuals had the opportunity to secure a remarkable prize: an Adidas contract to become a genuine player for their favorite team, taking fan engagement to a new level.

Results

The campaign generated significant excitement and engagement among soccer enthusiasts. It effectively increased brand visibility and showcased the growth of US soccer culture. The interactive installations and the custom jersey giveaways resulted in enhanced fan participation, reinforcing Adidas's strong connection with true soccer fans and the broader sports community.
